Those tools enables to bring high-performance Large-Eddy Simulations (LES) to industry for problems where vortex dynamics are decisive. Three software types are available:

• the Vortex Particle-Mesh method  (VPM),
• a 4th-order finite differences code (BigFlow), and
• a pseudo-spectral code.

Those are robust, scalable and efficient tools for High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments. They allow detailed and accurate characterization of wake vortex behavior. Their results are also used for validation of the WAKE4D models.
